What the Flip Ultra HD and Mino HD 3rd Generation Have in Common

Differences Between the Ultra HD and Mino HD
The main differences are size, weight and battery/charger:
- The Ultra HD 4GB is powered via 2 AA batteries or battery pack and the 8GB takes Flip Video Lithium-ion Battery Pack (included) or 3 AAA batteries. The Mino HD has an internal Lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
- The Flip Ultra HD ( 8GB - 4.16" x 2.11" x .88" or 4GB - 4.25" x 2.19" x 1.17" ) is larger than the Mino HD (3.94" x 1.97" x 0.63" ).
- The Ultra HD weighs slightly more than the Mino.
- The 8GB Ultra has a USB Flip Port to connect to your PC or Mac and launch the pre-loaded FlipShare software.
